Q1. How do you collect rent?
A1. Automatic withdrawal with pre-authorized deposits or e-transfers.Q2. Do you keep/hold last months rent?
A2. Once the lease is signed, we send you 1 and a half months rent. (Half a month is for the tenant finders fee)Q3. On which day do I receive the rent?
A3. Once we receive the rent, it takes 8 to 10 days to be processed into your account.Q4. What does the $170 management fee cover?

A11. Yes, landlord approval is required for maintenance work to proceed. However, landlords typically prefer to be consulted only if the cost exceeds $250. In emergency situations, we resolve the issue immediately to protect the property and tenants.Q12. Do you conduct inspections?
